Terms & Payment for Booking

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking date and time. Payment may be made via credit card, Zelle (305-588-1388), or Venmo (@Alexandra-Molina-Arts).

Please note: Your event is not confirmed until both the signed agreement and deposit have been received.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event.

Sound Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a sound system for the performance. Alexandra does not provide amplification equipment but will supply music via iPad, Bluetooth, or can send the track to your DJ in advance.

Performance Space & Safety
The client agrees to provide a safe, clean, and appropriate performance space. The area must be free of hazards, with a suitable floor surface for dance (no slippery, wet, uneven, or obstructed areas). Alexandra reserves the right to modify or decline performance conditions if safety is compromised.

Audience Conduct & Performer Boundaries
To maintain a professional and respectful environment, guests are not permitted to touch the performer(s) or their costumes, props, or equipment at any time.

If audience members engage in inappropriate or unsafe behavior, the performer reserves the right to pause or end the performance without refund. The client agrees to assist in maintaining a respectful atmosphere for the duration of the engagement.

Outdoor Events
For all outdoor bookings, the client must provide a suitable backup plan in case of inclement weather.

Cancellations & Changes
In the event of a cancellation or request to reschedule, Alexandra must be notified in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the event.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for a refund of payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) or a one-time rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Lateness & Overtime Policy
The performance will begin at the agreed-upon time. If the event is delayed due to the client or venue, Alexandra will allow a 15-minute grace period.

• Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened performance time.

• Additional waiting time or extended performance will incur an overtime fee of $100 per 15 minutes, payable on-site.

Liability
The client assumes full responsibility for the condition of the performance space and the conduct of guests. Alexandra and associated performers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from unsafe conditions, audience interaction, or circumstances beyond their control.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the performer(s) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence on the part of the performer.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the performance fee and is appreciated at the client’s discretion.
