Join Alexandra with Studio Nura and Sarah of Heart Hips Mind for an educational online workshop blending belly dance and yoga to support women’s long-term health.

This class focuses on hip mobility, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and the importance of sleep for women’s wellness. Through informed movement and intentional rest, you’ll learn sustainable practices that protect your body and prevent burnout.

In this 75-minute recorded online session, we will explore:

  • Why sleep is especially important for women’s hormonal and immune health

  • How chronic stress impacts autoimmune risk and nervous system balance

  • Gentle hip-opening yoga for mobility and regulation

  • Breathwork for recovery

  • Belly dance figure 8 movements to promote circulation and cyclical strength
