Honoring journey means commending yourself for your evolution. You are a work of art and progress is at the core.

For us dancers that's putting on a hip scarf and pressing play for the music at our best and worst moments. It's singing and dancing to music that stirs the watery depths of the soul. 

Dance has provided me with a way to easily transmute expression. It was gifted to me and has been gifted to you too, to everyone.
